Arviora Bakeware currently provides shipping services only within the United States.

  • ✔ Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states

  • ✔ Includes residential and commercial addresses

  • ✖ International shipping is not supported

  • ✖ We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or overseas territories

Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be automatically canceled.


2. Shipping Fees

  • No additional handling or processing fees

  • No hidden charges at checkout

The amount you pay at checkout is the final total.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

Processing time includes:

  • Secure packaging

  • Shipping label creation

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time:

8–10 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier congestion, or peak seasons


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping carrier details

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable domestic carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carrier selection is determined based on:

  • Carrier availability

Carrier selection cannot be changed after shipment.

Arviora Bakeware is not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

  • Returned packages due to invalid delivery information

If an order is returned to us, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, contact our support team for assistance.

Stolen Packages

Arviora Bakeware is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Original packaging

    • Shipping label

We will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled only before processing begins

  • Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled

In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
